It’s amazing what you can take from Thank You cards. We love the fact that our clients have gone to the trouble to thank us in writing for essentially doing our job. These days good customer service is not always as apparent as it should to be, so we really appreciate it when our clients recognise that quality in us. But as we discovered, there can often be much more powerful messages contained within!

As part of our recent rebranding, we were looking for simple ways to communicate what it is we feel we do really well. But try as we did, we just couldn’t find the right way to convey this message. We know the qualities we have that make us, hopefully, a bit special, we couldn’t just find a way to say it without sounding a tiny bit smug.

Out of the blue, we hit upon the notion of reading through some of our clients ‘Thank You’ cards. What did they say that showed their appreciation for us, and how they said it? Maybe it would give us some ideas.

Collectively, they contained a few recurring themes about the help we offered, the support we gave, and explaining things clearly and concisely. Our ‘fantastic service’, our ‘common sense advice’ and how we made things ‘easy to understand’ and ‘stress free’. We thought, let’s take these reoccurring messages and use them as the inspiration for our new website and window adverts. So we did! Please feel free to let us know your thoughts on the ‘characteristics’ and the specific endorsements, all of which have their roots in our hugely valuable collection of Thank You cards!

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

An administration fee of £99 is payable on application, there may also be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount of the advice fee will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be, for example, £250 for loans under £100,000. We will also be paid commission from the lender. The FCA do not regulate some forms of mortgage.
